I offer private and in group - one on one virtual and in person meditation and yoga sessions.

I'm new to yoga, can I still attend your sessions?Yes, I focus on creating a personalized and holistic experience for each individual. I believe that everyone's needs and goals are different, and I work with each client to develop a practice that meets their specific needs.

How long are sessions?Depending on your specific goals, anywhere between 30 min - 90 min.

I don't do well in group environments, do you offer 1-on-1 sessions?I recognize the importance of feeling secure and comfortable when practicing which is why I offer both one on one and group sessions to cater my clients preference.
